Lucas Giles – Lucas has shown a great positive attitude since progressing into the Development 2 squad. He comes to training ready for the session ahead and will always put in 100% effort. He has coped well with the higher training load and has increased his strength and stamina. Keep up the good work Lucas!
Caitlin Barrie – Caitlin has made her way through all 5 of our Academy stages and has recently moved up to the Development 1 squad. It has been brilliant to see the progress that Caitlin has made along the way in terms of her technique and strength. Caitlin has also been swimming for our Diddy team and will always swim her best in her races. Well Done Caitlin!

To help swimmers maintain fitness through the summer ( the County sprint Championships are in early September) we will be running ONE training session a week during the 4 week break for squads Development 1 and above. This will be at Kettering pool on Wednesday evening, 7.30-9.00pm. Costs per session will be £5 (done on a pay as you go basis) or £17.50 for all 4 sessions (paid in advance). For these sessions we ask that parents please pay by cash or cheque rather than by BACS ( there will be someone available to take money before the sessions)

Ben has always had great arm speed and is beginning to use that asset by mixing it with improved technique. He always works hard and is competitive in training. Over the last month he has challenged the top swimmers in the club. Ben continues to improve his times getting pb after pb. Ben, continue to believe, be committed and start focusing on much bigger goals.
Due to an event at Oundle School on Tuesday 30th May 2017, we are not able to use the Oundle facilities so the senior training session has been moved from Oundle to the Cornmarket, Main Hall.
We will be starting this training session earlier so the swimmers can get an earlier night.
Cornmarket 7pm to 8.30pm.
Please dress appropriately for land training, trainers: tshirt, shorts or joggers, no jeans.
Please bring with you your kick boards, a drink and a positive mental attitude.
